About the Project
Introducing the CRAIG | Tuskers of Alkebulan Project. With James Havens’s next wildlife conservation project, we will be heading to Africa on a journey of discovery through the creation of a hand painted, life-sized oil-on-canvas portrait of 53 year old Craig, one of the most famous of Africa's few remaining big tusked elephants. Artist James Havens along with photographer and professional guide, Brian Montalbo are teaming up to raise awareness for the ongoing wildlife conservation efforts to help save the last of these remaining rare giants.
