Welcome to my SoCal Beach Conservation Project, a series of paintings dedicated to raising awareness about the importance of protecting our beautiful coastlines. This inaugural piece, set against the stunning backdrop of Newport Beach, California, captures the serene beauty of a snowy egret walking along the shore, juxtaposed with the raw power of the crashing surf.
The painting also pays tribute to the resilience of the coastal ecosystem, which has faced numerous challenges, including the devastating impact of the Palisades fires. Through my art, I aim to inspire action and support for coastal conservation initiatives, promoting a collective effort to preserve our fragile coastal ecosystems.
